Nobody will ever be turned away for financial reasons.

Ages 13 & under M-F 5:15-6:45pm No charge Pad work, bag work, strength and conditioning, sparring
Ages 14-18 M-F 7:30-9:30pm No charge Pad work, bag work, strength and conditioning, sparring, entry into competitions
M-F 7-9:30pm Individual instruction, bag work, pad work, strength and conditioning, sparring, entry into competitions
24/7 Heavy bags, stand up bags, weights, stationary bike, jump ropes, medicine balls, double end bags, speed bags, and treadmill.
Both youth and adults can elect to be matched with a partner to spar at our ring. Instructors will work to pair participants of appropriate age, size, and ability level.
Five Directions works with a number of boxing clubs in California and Mexico and regularly enters members to fight in competitions both domestically and internationally.
The talking circle is a native tradition of teaching, listening, learning, and sharing. Five Directions partners with Generation Red Road to provide this service to members. This service is free for all. For more information, visit the Generation Red Road website.
As a community organization, Five Directions relies heavily on the support of our members to keep our doors open. We do everything we can to make programming accessible to the entire community by offering monthly memberships as well as a drop-in rates. All payments must be made online.

YOUTH (13 & under)Monday-Friday 5:15-6:45 Free Our youth membership is completely free of charge. Group instruction takes place M-F from 5:15-6:45pm. This includes technique work, bags, pads, and strength and conditioning. Participants are required to bring their own personal equipment (wraps, gloves, mouth guards). If getting this gear is a problem, please feel free to contact us to discuss options. Although we do not charge for this program, we do ask that you register so we can prepare with appropriate staff and equipment. JOIN HERE

DEVELOPMENT (ages 14-18)Monday-Friday 7-9:30pm Free The Development program is for youth aged 14-18. It includes individual instruction, bag work, pad work, strength and conditioning, sparring, and entry into competition. Though the Development program is offered free of charge, we do ask that participants donate what they can so we can continue to provide free services for our youth program (suggested $30/mo, but anything is helpful). OPEN GYMMonday-Sunday, 24 hours $60/mo Currently Five Directions has open gym 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The gym includes heavy bags, stand up bags, weights, stationary bike, jump ropes, medicine balls, double end bags, speed bags, and treadmill. Open Gym members will have access to all equipment 24/7. All memberships must be paid online in full by the third of the month. Failure to do so will result in a 20% late fee. JOIN HERE

PROMonday-Friday 7-9:30pm $80/mo Open Gym: 24/7 A Pro membership is designed for adults and includes individual one-on-one instruction 2x a week, bag work, pad work, strength and conditioning, sparring, and entry into competitions. Access to the gym 24/7 is also included. Members can sign up for pad work spots on our scheduling page. All memberships must be paid online in full by the third of the month.
